Premium South Island Gold Tip™ Sea Cucumber, Caught & Processed in New Zealand’s South Island using New Zealand Wild Catch® proprietary technology.
Open and remove frozen sea cucumber from vacuum pack. Thaw under pure ice cold water in a separate bowl. Once completely thawed; gently simmer in fresh water for 5-10 minutes to heat through, braise, stir-fry or prepare as a soup. For a softer texture increase cooking time. For sashimi; after cooking, chill in refrigerator and slice and serve cold with dipping sauce.
